You will contact business professionals at work to ask for their support in raising money for the charity. The contacts are previous participants of such activities and are easy to talk to about the new event. This is not a sales call but an informational call to gain volunteers. You will explain the event and the benefits and then give instructions. This is a FUN job!! This is a high level customer contact and service position.
