| Description | SmartTalent is currently recruiting for high energy and goal oriented individuals to work as Recruiters/Coordinators for a Non-Profit organization (outbound call center)! ~ In this position, you will be provided leads of local leaders and business owners and offer them an opportunity to participate in an event to raise awareness for neuromuscular disorders. ~ This environment is fun, light hearted and has excitement around every corner! If you are an individual who has a sales/outgoing personality and want to be a part of making a difference in people's lives, then we want to hear from you today! ** We are hiring on a long term basis and offering a starting salary of $11.75/hour. REQUIREMENTS: - Sales or similar experience preferred! - Experience in fundraising a PLUS! - Must have a goal oriented personality - Must be comfortable working on the phone all day - Must be confident in contacting business owners/executives (cold calls) - Must be comfortable working with quotas each day! - Must be energetic and enthusiastic! - Call center experience is not required | ||
