Position Summary:
Responsible for profitable revenue growth of the major account segment through-out Western Washington. Secure new business through active solicitation of existing and new prospect accounts. Deliver customized staffing solutions through a consultative sales approach. Deliver exceptional service and results to our business client, thus enhancing our market presence and reputation.
Basic Overview of Duties:
- Identify all accounts to be of focus that will contribute to the achievement of the revenue and profit budget.
- Prepare and present proposals.
- Ensure we win, keep and develop major account and local customers through building lasting relationships.
- Work with the various offices, managers and sales reps in each market to help strategize, secure new major account business as well as establish servicing criteria and plans.
- Meet with each new account to review general business terms and conditions, conduct safety tours and service evaluations.
- Responsible for market strategies, revenue targets, account planning and positioning.
- Attend networking, business association and community networking functions, as needed.
- Maintain sales records and complete reports, as needed.
- Any other duties deemed necessary.
Experience Required:
A qualified candidate must possess and be able to demonstrate strong written, communication, presentation and PC skills. Previous sales and major account experience a must with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Experience selling a service product preferred.

About You:
Must be a self starter, eager to learn, flexible, reliable and have the ability to shift from one task to the next quickly. Ability to meet deadlines is critical as well as a positive attitude. This position is a high pressure position that requires a person to prioritize tasks to complete projects in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities:
As a Recruiter, you are responsible for overseeing your temporary employees. You will exercise discretion and independent judgment in the following areas:
- Source, interview, evaluate, select, hire and train employees for Temporary, Temporary-to-Hire and Direct positions.
- Submit employee information to employer. Including resume and why they are a good fit.
- Oversee employee activity including, training on company policy, explaining job duties and expectations.
- Coaching employee’s on attendance, tardiness and other disciplinary actions.
- Answers to employee’s complaints, grievances, questions and concerns.
- Thorough documentation of all customer and employee activity.
- Visit customer sites; attend recruiting activities and job fairs as needed during the week, evenings and weekends.
- Speak with customers to define their staffing needs. Identify essential functions of position.
- Establish the job description.
- Market for new business; assist scheduling appointments and qualifying accounts for the sales team.
- Meeting daily and weekly tele-sales quota.
- Serve as an on-call representative after hours, responding to any work-related emergency.

What we are looking for in a SmartTalent Staffing Specialist is a high level of energy and unbridled enthusiasm to help others, innate integrity and diligence, and specific and measurable recruiting experience.

Requirements
We are seeking candidates who have worked in the staffing industry as a recruiter or receptionist, recruiter assistant or if you were a client (you supervised temporary workers). Selected candidate must also have the ability to work flexible hours. Unfortunately our business is not 8-5, our day ends when our client needs are handled. General Office hours are 6am-5:30pm. Must have the ability to be on call over weekend-schedule rotates with team members; have internet access at home; must have own vehicle; must have strong computer skills; excellent communication skills (written/verbal); ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with people.
You will be recruiting, screening, evaluating, and interviewing potential candidates for employment opportunities for temporary project positions, temp-to-hire and direct hire positions. You will also be working closely with our client companies consulting and delivering options to deliver staffing results for their organization.

Business Development Manager – Renton >

Position Summary:
Responsible for continued revenue growth from an assigned territory. Secure new business through active solicitation of existing new clients and prospect accounts. Deliver customized staffing solutions through a consultative sales approach. Deliver exceptional service and results to both our business client and temporary associate, thus enhancing our market presence and reputation.
Basic Overview of Duties:
Responsible for active solicitation of new clients through in-person cold calls, tele-marketing calls, skill marketing, appointments and various other activities that will secure and expand our business relationships.
- Prepare, present and write proposals and letters.
- Build relationships and expand business with existing clients through various activities, which could include proposals, meetings, roundtable discussions, profiling departments and conduct service evaluations.
- Meet with new accounts to review general business terms and conditions, conduct safety tours and service evaluations.
- Responsible for market strategies, revenue targets, account planning and positioning.
- Attend networking, business association and community networking functions as needed.
- Market top candidates for placement at existing client and prospect accounts.
- Responsible for a Direct Mail program. Work with the office team to help create various sales campaigns.
- Maintain sales records and complete reports as needed for the business client and Branch Manager.
- Assist with recruiting, screening, interviewing and the placement of potential temporary associates as needed during the week, evenings and weekends.
- Attend recruiting activities and job fairs as needed during the week, evenings and weekends.
- Return all calls and emails by the end of the day for that day prior to leaving.
- Various administrative duties including system documentation of activities and Human Resource related conversations with associates.
- Any other duties deemed necessary.
Experience Required:
